Phase 1project
We received an order for the surface treatment of components for interior lighting systems from the multinational concern Culobel, which is involved in activities ranging from the production and assembly of various pressure containers to luxury lighting. As this project involves a luxury product, there were some extraordinary requirements, primarily regarding lighting stability, as well as visual output.
Phase 2design
In the Research and Development Department of our HAJDIK industrial paint shop, we designed a new painting system which fulfils all highly demanding visual and technological criteria. We focused on the development of a single-layer system, which imposes the least economic burden on the project from the point of view of application, and we managed to achieve significant economic benefits.
Phase 3implementation
We are proud of the fact that the very first design from our system was visually accepted. Interior and exterior tests confirmed that the painting conforms to the technological requirements, in fact, it actually exceeds them.
Phase 4realisation
Today, the system we designed is being used in the long term for our client, to our mutual satisfaction. It has even been successfully offered to other customers from the lighting technology production segment.
