Phase 1project
Boeing is one of the two largest aviation technology manufacturers in the world. That is why we are very proud of the fact that our HAJDIK industrial paint shop received a prestigious order from this company, for the painting of their 737 aircraft's headlights.
Phase 2design
Having become involved in the project, we have had to pass the strict accreditation processes for the aviation industry. We eventually became a supplier for the major foundry company Alucast s.r.o.. The Research and Development Department of our HAJDIK industrial paint shop conducted extensive testing in collaboration with other experts in order to achieve the AS 9100 aviation industry quality certification in 2017.
Phase 3implementation
We discovered that the demands for painting in the aviation industry are among the most intense, and that the most stringent controls must be in place. We know now that projects which may at first glance seem impossible can in fact be managed, and are the kind of challenge we accept.
Phase 4realisation
The accreditation we have acquired during this project proves that our products and services fulfil the demanding requirements of the aviation industry. As the certification regards internationally agreed and recognised quality management procedures, they open the door for our company to take on additional projects from all around the world.
