As many as three production divisions providing manual operations have participated in this production process. Several painting technologies, including advanced pre-treatment, semi-automatic painting boxes, drying technologies, as well as stations for manual filling and grinding, are included here.

Do you need a perfect surface finish for large and/or heavy parts? Our High-Tech Division for heavier parts can handle even a seemingly impossible project! On our custom built modern line, we know how to paint items weighing up to 3.5 t with a length of up to 5 m.

A High-Tech Division for heavier parts consisting of manual passable lines in a U shape, which provides the part with an ideal path through the painting process. The operating facility includes two climate-controlled spray booths, which are ideal for water-soluble as well as solvent-based paints. For the final perfect effect, multiple pre-treatment options can be used, including blasting and degreasing box or manual grinding.
